The foundations of Melodi Cikolata are laid in Samsun by Kemal Tasar in the year 1957. He started the profession at his father's confectionery shop. In 1968 he moved the business to Istanbul and produced chocolate under the name of Melodi. Melodi Cikolata continued its investments in line with its success, obtained the position of the leading boutique chocolate producer and chocolate supplier of Turkey.
